All three of my books go hand in hand and will add richness to your tailor-made journey. While the terminology may differ for everyone, the core spiritual experience remains the same or similar, with the same outcome: enlightenment, salvation, liberation, and self-realization.

The beliefs we grew up with can stand in the way of the heart and healthy choices. Whether we believe a lie or the truth, either way, we are right. It is what we believe that matters. My goal is that you experience freedom from old and unhelpful patterns with yourself, the people around you and the world. Working together, you will learn to express complex emotions, recognize and change fear-based thinking, transform limiting beliefs, set necessary boundaries, and create meaningful life experiences. 

It doesn’t matter what your age is. If you are experiencing a yearning within to discover more about this life, your heart is calling you. Your authentic self-desires long to be heard by you; you have dreams waiting to come out of hiding deep within. 

If you’re feeling lost, angry, resentful, bored, or want more, it’s probably because your heart is asleep, awaiting awakening to your deepest desires and living your best life now. Learning to listen and tap into your soul is a fun and exciting part of self-discovery.
